Refund policy
All our paintings are produced through a print-on-demand ervice, meaning that all are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer changes their mind about a purchase.
Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The wrong size, color, or design was ordered
- The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item
- The print placement is within our normal production tolerances
Please double-check all order details before confirming a purchase.
Colour Variations
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production and differences in screen calibration, monitor settings, and display technology, slight variations in colour between the product image shown on our website and the final printed canvas may occur. These variations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects or errors.
As such, colour variation alone does not qualify as a valid reason for a return or refund. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and, if in doubt, contact us before placing an order.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds for Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
