Shipping

We work with professional print partners to deliver your wall art as quickly and safely as possible. Below is an overview of what to expect.

Production Time

  • Orders are produced on-demand after they are placed.

  • Production time depends on the specifics of the order (such as size, frame type, etc.) and the production facility handling it.

  • In most cases, production takes 1–2 business days, but in some cases it can take up to 4–5 business days.


    Once production is complete the order is packed and shipped with a tracking number.

Packaging

All orders from Love J Studios are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Canvas prints are shipped in protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit, including reinforced corners and rigid backing where applicable.

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the artwork itself, please photograph both the packaging and the product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time:

  • Please wait an additional 2–3 business days as minor delays can happen.

  • If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with:

    • Your order number

    • Your name

  • We will investigate the issue as quickly as possible.
